Take Action: Tell The Department Of Education To Protect Children!

Reports of sexual violence in America's schools have been increasing at an alarming rate in recent years.

During the 2017-2018 school year, there were nearly 15,000 incidents of sexual violence in our nation's schools – a 99% increase since the 2015-2016 school year.

And despite this disturbing trend, the Biden Department of Education wanted to eliminate a Trump-era regulation that required school districts to report allegations of teacher on student rape, alleged rape, and sexual assault.

Obviously, getting rid of this regulation does NOT serve the best interest of students or parents.

But it would benefit teachers' unions – the same teachers' unions who coincidentally gave more money to Joe Biden than any other candidate in 2020 – as they look to protect staff that have been credibly accused of sexual violence.

After hearing outcries from the grassroots, the Biden administration is now re-thinking getting rid of this requirement. Your voices are being heard, but the Biden administration's terrible idea is still on the table.

That's why we're counting on you to keep the pressure on. Please send a message to President Biden and the Department of Education to KEEP this regulation. Let's make it perfectly clear that the American people will NOT allow teachers' unions to protect staff at the expense of our nation's children.
